Committee Descriptions And Objectives
Policy & Bylaws Committee
Board members responsible : David Mireault and Michael Rodriguez
Park members : Ken Adams, Wayne Carter, Jeff Crapper and Don Skakie
The objective of the Policy & Bylaws Committee is to oversee and maintain the current policy and bylaws serving the Cascade River Community Club. It will do this while continuing to provide consistent application for all users of the system. It will ensure all existing laws and processes of Washington State and Skagit County are properly followed and allow for the required WUCIOA RCW64.90 that is fully in effect as of 2028.
Water Services Committee
Board members responsible : David Mireault and Paul Tews
The objective of the Water Services Committee is to oversee and manage the replacement and maintenance of the Class A water system serving the Cascade River Community Club. It will do this while continuing to provide high quality water to all users of the system. It will ensure all existing laws and processes of Washington State and Skagit county are properly followed to maintain the water system’s Class A rating.
Bridges & Roads Committee
Board members responsible : Bret Cornelius and David Mireault
Park members : Mir Agol, John McCutcheon
The objective of the Bridges & Roads Committee is to oversee and manage the replacement and maintenance of the Bridges & Roads serving the Cascade River Community Club. By maintaining good safe access to the park for present & future generations to use. The Committee will research the best course of action to maintain our access to the park.
